Indigenous Peoples Participation Funding

The involvement of Indigenous Peoples is essential to the success of the Alto project. To support and encourage their participation in discussions about the Alto project development in the Toronto-Québec City corridor, Transport Canada is making grant funding available through the Community Participation Funding Program – High-Frequency Rail (CPFP-HFR).

Eligible recipients can access this funding upon receiving an invitation from Transport Canada and/or the Alto team to participate in consultation activities related to the project. Please contact indigenous‑autochtones@hfr-tgf.ca for more information.
