Qualified Bidders
The Government of Canada announced July 20, 2023 that it had qualified three bidding teams and invited them to respond to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Alto project. The RFP was issued to the three qualified bidding teams.
On February 19, 2025, the Government of Canada announced that Cadence was selected as the private-sector development partner.
